Confidence in Reforms


deep in ground raid territory operation carried direction
group terror finances war machine elite counter-command
aircraft riddled with bullet holes monitoring speculation

clear dividing contest to replace lines confidence vote
simmering resentment and recrimination vying to succeed
near-wipeout highly charged modernising wing

the cards only possible if reforms kept up pressure
running out painful creditors insisting action any case
vote on decisions depended bailout money no majority
