A Cold Snap

The public should be told
if the prime minister’s wife
falls as far south as London.

As a result of its investigation
into morally bankrupt individuals,
the government issued a yellow warning.

It seems an insane thing to do,
sending people into icy conditions,
so I think we are seeing breaking disquiet.
